Like it says. Stupid old lady takes out a cherry '96 with all the boltons that was delivered as an F1 from the dealer. I am within a hair of totaling out based on stock values. We can fix, but here is the Hmmm factor. BTW I have never had an accident and am 42 so go figure. One- used door. Not so bad but hmmm. Two- they want to cut the damaged quarter panel at the roofline to avoid removing the b pillar cap and windshield (?) to meet the factory seam.

What do you think? Should I balk and total and argue value or is this acceptable practice?
