I need a wiring diagram

Does anyone know where I can get a wiring diagram for a 1978 Camaro. I'm having trouble with my brake lights.

The driver side won't work, it turns on when the cars running but when you press the brake it is suppose to get brighter indicating you braking, but it doesn't. Then I tried splicing the passenger side and feeding of that, but then the passenager side would stay on all the time and then the driver wouldn't come on at all.

I think it is deeper inside the car not by the brake light, just would like to know which wire is which, so I could figgure out what could be wrong.

Ok so I can get the brake light to work, but as soon as I turn on my headlights, and push the brake pedal the brake light doesn't work... Is there a short somewhere or what... Should I take it to a professional and have them look at it....?

Definitely bad ground. Could be in the socket. I wouldn't expect the ground wire to be too long.
