Low Coolant Light Won't Turn Off

My low coolant light comes on at random times and will stay on for days. I've added to it many times and its clearly not low. Why is the computer saying this and what can i do to fix it?

The sensors have a tendency to crap out sometimes. If you do a search you can find more info about it, but it boild down to:

Air buddle on the sensor (may happen after a cooling system flush)
or
Sensor is crapped out

a new sensor can be had from the dealer for $30-something bucks I think, or just unplug it.
