fyi, these power steering pumps run hot especially with no cooler. running track days you're going to get a lot of heat in them and they will whine! add a big cooler in the return line. If you have another failure down the line look into a ported pump. I've rebuilt and ported my own pumps, which isn't actually very hard. makes a big difference.
The one problem with these is they are 'reverse rotation' and spin in the opposite direction of other type-II types, so there isn't much support for them. If you get a good one, take care of it.
