MAF sensor getting 0 volts.

MAF sensor getting 0 volts.
On my 97 Z, the car is throwing the P0100 code. I checked the voltage to the MAF sensor connector, and it's at 0 volts. (when the multimeter is switched to mV, it reads 3.xx mV) I figured I can rule out the ground by chassis grounding the multimeter. I was still getting the same readings. I also decided to rule out a bad connector by stripping back the insulation on the wire and testing the bare wires. Still, same readings.
I pulled the tape back off the wires going to the connector to trace them back and they just go too far for me to want to trace them out tonight. Where do the wires ultimately end up at? Does anybody know why I would be getting such little voltage to the MAF sensor? I was not throwing this code until after I had my PCM retuned. I know that for a fact because I had it scanned the day before I sent it out and then again a couple days after I got it back. The code was only present after the tune. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.
I posted in general tech because not just LT1 cars have MAF sensors. If this should be in LT1 tech, feel free to move it there.

I forgot about checking for a fuse, I'll go look immediately.
Update: Why is it that the simplest solutions are the ones often overlooked?
Thanks shoebox, yet again, for pointing out the problem. The fuse was blown. I think I know when it might have happened to. Not only is the car running more smoothly, but the issue I was having with getting into reverse is now cleared up as well. That's in a thread in the drivetrain section...I suppose I'll go update that one too. Again, thanks for your help.
