Ok so I have noticed since I have bought my car the window goes down but sometimes it just stops... then I have to wait a bit to try it again an it goes down more. So I am thinkin its the motor but maybe the switch? Anyone ever had this problem or know something I can do to see what fixes it?

 

ok thanks.. you know how much the motors run about? Like can I get those at Pepboys or something or what?

I changed my passenger side window about a month ago. It was a little hard because i had never done it before and my haynes manual surprisingly didn't show how to do it so it took a while to figure it out. Once I figured it out it was pretty quick. It's also alot easier if you have some to help so you don't drop the window. I bought my motor off ebay for about 25 bucks. Make sure the motor has all the right hardware. I didn't and I had to leave my car in the middle of the job to buy screws and lockwashers that fit. You should be able to do it. It's not too hard.

 

I was just making sure that is was the motor instead of buying a new motor an it just being the switch lol... Thanks for all the help guys.
