NEWB: What are the differences between the SS and WS6?
I know i sound alot like a newb, but im just trying to get some general info because im planning on buying some GM muscle soon. It's been something i've been trying to do for a while now and i just want some opinions and general knowledge on the differences between the CAMARO SS and the WS6.
I basically want to know what the differences are because as ive heard they both have an LS1 but then again i might be wrong.
So anyone willing to help me out here. please do. Thanks

well its basicaly the same thing kinda like the trans am/formy goes hand-hand with the Z28
the diff's are small Ws6-SS's are where sent from GM to SLP.. trans ams/formy's and Z28's are straight GM
mods vary from suspension to exhaust and intakes.. not that much difference in a performance stand point most people get them just because they are clean cars you can make a regular T/A/Formy or Z28 just as fast
94-97 are LT1
98-02 are LS1

Also I know that some SS got special SLP only options (maybe the trans ams got them too :dunno. Mine has the Dual/dual from the factory and the chrome 10 spokes.
But then again maybe any SS/ws-6 could get that Im really not sure. If someone could correct me or validate that TIA.
