Oil Pan Leak

I have an small oil leak drippen from right under my oil drain plug... now i tighten the blot and it seems fine and everything but it still leaks could it be a gasket or the oil pan cracked ?

At one time someone may have cross-threaded the plug and that may be causing a problem. You might add a small bead of silicone on the plug untill you figure out whats goin on with it

My oil pan is rusting out i think and its time to change it
any advice on this how i should go upon doing it
is it hard to replace is there an easy way to replace it or how ?//////
need help !!!
