Ok So It Aint An F-Body....

My BMW today started making this loud sqeeling noise like a belt today, this is a change from the grinding noise its been makin for the past 2 weeks. And it gets louder when the clutch pedal is pressed in and the rpm will actually drop now, this is no good. I figure its the relase bearing, and Ive been told that as well. Ive found the part for $30 and the whole clutch for $230, wonder if I should have it all done while its down? Clutch doesnt slip at all though. So Im wondering if this is the same kind of install like my TA? The car is real wheel drive so thats a plus (92 318i). So I wont be driving it to work which leaves me car-less right now which means I have the time to finish my TA and now I HAVE TO get it back on the road. GRRRRR...not a good way to start the week...outlook not good!
