Power Window Gone

For about the last 6 months my driver side power window was getting weaker and weaker on my 00' Z28, until yesterday when it went completely dead. Is the only possible problem the window motor, which I'm assuming yes, however just wanted to make sure before I bought all the parts and ripped the door apart.

I found a site that sells this part, is this everything that I will need

Yeah, sounds like the motor, that's what mine did. The new motor should come with bolts/nuts to attach it after you drill out the rivets (assuming it hasn't been replaced before). If you get one from a local parts store they have a lifetime warranty too, and if it goes bad you can bring it back and get a free replacement locally. I used http://shbox.com/page/windowmotor.html as a guide.

Re: Power Window Gone

Most likely motor w/those symptoms, but the relay and switch can go bad also. They tend to just stop w/out the slowing down part.
