Roof of car
I have noticed some 'bubbles' on the roof of the car. I know its not rust because its on the plastic part behind the t-tops.
Could this just be a bad paint job? corrosion? Other?
Is this piece easily removalbe so I can bring it to a paint shop?

Re: Roof of car
There is a TSB on this. The glue used to hold the roof on reacts badly with the panel or something and causes the paint to bubble. It is a very common problem. In order to fix it they have to take the roof off and use a new type of adhesive to refasten the new one. I don't think it is a recall but if you have an extended warranty that is not expired. (If that is possible even) you would get it done under warranty. Check on Chirpthird.com and you should be able to find some more info on this topic.

I second the TSB thing. I have actually read of some people managing to get it re-painted regardless of whether they had an extended warranty or not. IIRC didn't GM advertise the car as being rust free/defect free for 100k miles or something. Either way, if one turns you down, keep searching around to differant dealers.

Re: Roof of car
If you bought the car new it will be covered under warrenty. I had my roof replaced and repainted SOM hated the black anyway. Its the glue reacting with the resin cant be fixed has to be replaced. Just repainting wont help in the long run. Any body guy worth 2 cents at a GM dealer knows about it. Good Luck
