i dont understand how milling the deck height of the cylinder head effecting valve geometry. When you mill the head you your decreasing the combustion chamber volume, thus increasing the compression ratio. I agree with the fact of "putting lipstick on a pig" in terms of modding a L98. But the fact of the matter is he wanted to know weather or not cutting the deck height of the cylinder will or will not increase performance.
