So, I fixed a hatch rattle with dirty underwear!

I have had a hatch rattle that has been drivin me nuts for a couple years, So i finally tracked it down and found it was coming from the hatch latch it's self...the hatch was rattling inside of the receiver. So in an insane rage I tore apart some dirty underwear and wrapped it around the male end and slammed it shut.

Well....I am going to need a more permanent (and less smelly) solution. Do I need to buy a whole new receiver, or can this one be fixed?

Lube it and adjust hatch stops (unwind them a lil). There are a lot of things you can fix with dirty undies
