Does anyone know if an 02 SS is supposed to have a slash guard that covers the area underneath from the front crossmember to the front bumper cover? I think mine is missing and its causing my belt to slip causing my alt to stop charging. Thanks.

 

Yes, I believe it should have one, but I don't think this is the problem. Check your belt tensioner, it may be weak.
