steering shaft/ coupling shaft

I have a 1997 camaro z28, 6spd. Im looking for the entire coupling steer shaft. GM part no 26020775, it is no longer carried by GM. I tried autozone and found no luck. My rag joint and bottom u-joint both have excessive play. Any input would be appreciated.

Re: steering shaft/ coupling shaft

If the U-joints are loose, I would either hunt down a unit in good condition from the junk yard, or possibly see if a drive line specialty shop can replace/repair them. For the rag joint, I would flat out replace it:

I myself installed the conversion kit from Unbalanced Engineering, and have been very happy with the change. Unbalanced Engineering GM Products
