You might want to try a "search" on here, LT1 Tech, and on the Apperance boards. This topic gets covered periodically. It has been done and there online guides. There is one on this page:

http://www.dw-zone.com/

Click on "my 94 Formula" and scroll down to about 2000-2001 and he has a link to his T-top conversion, with lots of great pictures.

As for the conversion...

I alredy contacted www.tacreationsusa.com and they quoted me this.
We have a package that is $600 (96-02 style tops), that includes everything except labor.

The package includes:

1 used Roof frame, cut at lower windshield & quarter pillars.
1 pair used 96-02 T-Tops.
1 used T-Top center molding.
1 used T-Top fiberglass roof panel.
1 set used T-Top mount brackets.
1 set used T-Top related interior trim panels.
1 used headliner
1 set used T-Top weatherstrip.
1 set used T-Top storage mounts.

They give you the entire roof which is the "hard way" of doing it.

I am working on doing the conversion and so far this is how I lucked out on ebay.

I got am this far into it...
Part...............Price Shipping Total
Passenger T-top $75.00 $17.10 $92.10
Driver Side t-top $125.00 $0.00 $125.00
Center Trim Piece $12.99 $10.95 $23.94

Total $241.10

I got one t-top for $75+$17.10, guy e-mailed me and offered me the other one for $125 and free shipping so I took him up on it.

Still need
-weather stripping seing it for $25 shipped
-latch recievers for t-tops
-pillar trim pieces
-headliner

As for labor of doing it, I am not sure, most people ahve done it themselves, and I will have someone helping(actually I will be helping him) that has done it before, he was one of the first people to do it and helped with the rightup.

As for the quality issues, I here, people that do it themseles like it better becasue they know how to adjust it and address any problems that come up.

An whenever I think this is crazy to do and I will regret it. Every person I ever heard of doing this says the same thing about the conversion. The only thing they regret is they waited so long to actually do it.
