T-Top question 93-02

What year did GM change the t-tops from the speckled dot to the smoked tint?

I want to say 94 was the last year for the dot matrix, hopefully someone who has one can confirm. My 95 does not, just smoked.

Is the tint the only difference in 93-94 and 95-02 t tops?
