Has anyone used one of these? If so, does it work?

Hate to be blunt, but do a search. This is not LT1 specific, anyway.

Re: Tornado Fuel Saver?

It'll give you at least a 20% gain in hp, and 35% gain in fuel economy, when used in conjunction with the magnetic fuel saver. If you really want to see an increase, be sure to replace the plastic kneuter valve with the brass one.

The guy that manufactures those pieces of crap was on nightline one night. they were interviewing him about the "scientific data". they called up his scientist and he said that he never made those claims and none of the experiments were in a controlled enviroment. If you want to pay me the gas money i'll come by and kick you in the jimmy, it will have the same effect on your milage and might save you a couple bucks.

His spark might blow out though so he needs grounded spark plug wires.

Re: Tornado Fuel Saver?

Not only do they help on the intake, but I added 2 at my exhaust tips to help pull the exhaust out.

And dont forget; new muffler bearings for better exhaust flow, and squelch grease that allows the limitation of thermal break down of radio fequency waves..

Think the hollow wires might do better, as there is no wire to get in the way of the spark?

No, I've found plastic to be a far better conductor than Air...
