Hello, I am new to this site, so if I am posting in the wrong section forgive me. I just bought a 96 3.8 liter camaro that I am wanting to swap in a V8. I already have a LT1 V8 that I just picked up last weekend. The engine and transmission are out of a 94 Z28. I also got the entire engine wiring harness from the 94, the computer, airbox and mass air flow sensor and all accessories. My questions are what other parts will I need to put the V8 in the V6 car. I know I will have some problems with the computer as the 94 is OBD 1 and the car is OBD 2. Any and all help is appreciated, this is completely new to me and I know nothing about F bodies so any information would be great. So basically start from scratch and let me know of any good websites out there that car help me or if you have pictures or past posts that deal with this swap let me know, I'm not planning to do the swap right away so I want to learn everything I can first. There is a sticky in the V6 forum covering this. It wouldn't hurt to do a "search" on it as well, there are a number of posts covering the topic that will help you greatly.
