Well my cars in the sig but i recently did the comp cam kit....my car is getting dyno tuned tuesday but im not an expert in the tuning field...i know i want my car to not run so bad on an idle stand point and prob get my A/F ratio's down but what should i tell the people tuning my car that i want to see after the tune? This shop i don't think lets me in the area of where the car is getting dyno tuned so pretty much i will be coughing up all this money but i'd like to have my tune PERFECT. So pretty much i need some advice to tell them what i want done and what i want to see so they dont think im someone that wont notice if this or that isn't done bc i wouldn't know the difference.....thanks

 

tell them you want it to run as good as it can, i dunno, never thought of it....

if they don't know, do you really want them working on your car?

plus, if they dyno tune, they should know what to do, make sure you check it out good before you leave, and on the drive home, that is when you want to find any issue, right away

 

First you want to make sure your car has all the tuning components in order, like good spark plugs, wires, and that kind of stuff. Oil change etc...
As far as the dyno tune itself, the right way would be that the person doing the dyno tune should give you a baseline print out of the first run prior to the dyno tune, and then after he's done with it, he should give you another print out that shows the hp gains of his tuning. That simple.
