What wires in the door on 12v and which is ground?

What wires in the door on 12v and which is ground?
I need to know which color wires which go to the power window motor/switches are the 12v and which one is th ground. There is no red/black but a lot of other colors. Any Ideas?

We have specific forums for specifc topics..... "window" questions don't belong on "LT1/LT4 Engine Tech". Moving to "General Tech....."

There are schematics on my Tech Page. The switch reverses polarity to make the window go up or down, so either wire could be power or ground, depending on which positon the switch is in.
