everyone says 13.0:1. my 00 formula completely stock did 11.8:1.

different people will tell you lower though, but not by much.

My dyno tuner set the WOT A/F ratio to 13.5:1 (2001 Z28), stock from the factory I was very lean @ 15.0:1
