Will anyone ever reproduce those trans am side aero spoilers
I had to remove the side aero spoilers that attach to the rocker panel on my Trans Am to paint them. If anyone trys to do this-DON'T. These things want to crumble apart. Even being careful with removal and installation, you can't avoid damaging them. I managed to get them back to being usable after epoxying and reinforcing the back of them with fiber filled Bondo. It would be great if reproductons were made. My guess is that the demand would be low given that only the Trans Am used them and that the 4th gen Trans Ams are not the hottest ticket right now.

Are we talking about side skirts that came with the ground effects option? (They are in no way “spoilers,” and were to the best of my knowledge designed purely as a cosmetic part, with no wind tunnel time or aerodynamicists involved.)
