Wiring question on wiper motor

Can anyone tell me what wire going to the wiper motor I can cut to make the motor inoperative, but still make the washer pump work when I hit the washer lever on the blinker lever. I'm running the washer hoses to the back wheels. Car is not driven in the rain, so wipers are optional. It looks like there's about 5 or so wires going under the plastic trim to the motor. Thanks.

Re: Wiring question on wiper motor

The black wire is ground and the yellow is the power. However, instead of cutting the wire(s) why not just unplug the motor from the connector???
