4.10's definitely !! i was at futral earlier today and one of the guys over there is running 4.56's!!! he love them and wishes he would of done them prior to his 4.10's, but thats him. he is also running a 12 bolt so he can get away with it unlike us 10 bolt guys.

Get a good 3500 rpm torque converter. You will gain more performance with that than any other mod and it will have almost no effect on you mpg unless you drive under 35mph all the time. Under light throttle the TC clutch will lock up just over 35mph and when it's locked it doesn't slip so mileage will be the same. Of course if you drive around with your foot planted in the TB then....well you know.

Re: 02 ss mods?
you say it's a daily driven car...in that case you should ask yourself what rpm you like running on the highway.
stock 3.23s at 75mph you're turning 2200rpm
3.73s you'll be turning 2550rpm
4.10s will have you screaming along at 2800rpm
doesn't sound like fun to me...
makes me ever so glad i have an m6.
stock at 75 is 1700rpm, with 3.73s its 1800rpm, and 4.10s its 2000rpm. still 200rpm less than the autos are stock. even some insane 4.56s only have it spinning at 2200rpm

Re: 02 ss mods?
at 6000rpm...with stock 3.42 gears the m6's first gear goes to 50mph
with the 4.10s first gear is 42mph at 6000
with my cam, and the rev limit raised to 6600...first gear is 55mph...if i put in 4.10s it would be 46mph
