if i have 500 RHWP....what wiill blow...not clutch or rear end..anything else ill go? i have 405 now and im going to spray 100 shot. i think the bottom end with go...

 

next thing would go.. most likely would be from detonation (pison/ringland)

 

the bottom end on these ls1's are very strong keep it on a good tune and you'll have no problems at all.

 

Dunno, have seen near 500rw NA with a stock bottom end.. that'll last quite awhile. Spraying... with a proper tune & safety measures taken it'll last awhile IMO, but eventually it's going to lift a ring land.

 

i will prob have 500 hp with nx not na.......what do u think will happen then

 

really....i thought that the piston would hold more hp than that..i also have chromoly push rods..that might help.

Plenty of people on ls1tech are spraying 200 shot's, so if you do it right, you should be ok.

 

The engine should hold fine, at least for quite some time with a good tune. And safety options.

To hold 500rwhp, you'll need something much better than street tires...and your rear ain't gonna like that! If your clutch is stock it's gonna cry uncle too!

That is what I have seen.....

I am going about 340rwhp right now then a 100shot and sometimes a 150, so far my rear has held on the ET Streets I do have a TA cover with stud kit, that helps some! But I am getting ready to order a new Moser with 3.73's very soon.

 

Ls1's are pretty stong i think you shouldnt have a problem if its tuned right

 

Make sure you up grade the fuel pump!! Then put a 175 shot on it and it wil be fine...
