99 B4C - wierd problem

Hey guys,
new guy here. Enjoying my recently acquired Pewter '99 BRC to the max with one exception: The light circuit seems to 'oscillate' above 800 rpm. I haven't had a chance to do a load test yet, but the battery is remaining strong. Didn't see any electronic TSB's listed for that year.
Anyone else run across something similar?
Tx,
Mike

No, I've never had this nor heard of the problem specific to our cars, though sounds like a typical minor wiring problem. Is it all the lights on the dash pulsing with rpm?
