The FIPK never ceases to dissapoint. It brought my engine to life and really kicks a$$ above 70 mph.

The FIPK is an intake that replaces your stock airbox and filter. Its produced by KN, and you can find them at your local Murrays. I would suggest taking a look at them. They are VERY effective.

289.4 RWHP 297.4 RWTQ

All of the above PLUS

292.7 RWHP 306.4 RWTQ

All of the mods EXCEPT the catback were removed and the Stealth airbox assembly was installed.
305.1 RWHP 321.2 RWTQ

That's how it worked out on my car. It seems to me the LS1 in its stock form gives varied dyno numbers from motor to motor. Judgeing from some of the dyno numbers posted I'd have to say that the horsepower could vary as much as 15-20 horsepower.

Anybody want to get together and run user tests to see if it actually works? I'll furnish the lid (00-02) the FTRA and pay for dyno time.
where are you located?
I am in Houston Tx.. My car is bone stock.. Nothing added.. After 20 dyno runs in a row it shows little variance.. I wouldnt mind showing what the intake can do..

Never heard of it? I guess theyre not as big as I thought. Well check any local car parts store, I guess they should have an FIPK system.

Psychocabbage, I'm in the San Antonio area. We usually have a dyno day about every 3 mos. If you want to do this for sure let me know and we can set up the details. I'll even spring for you a tank of gas to help out.

its what we call "Southern Hospitality".. Besides, if you believe in your product, you are always willing to put it where people will see that it is as impressive as it is cracked up to be.
