I think I would want to know WHY... cause its almost too good ya know?

So be sure you are getting what he says you are getting..

Look at the vendors like Thunderracing.com to get a pic of it and know what you are getting..

Am I the only person on this board who thinks that the stock shifter isn't all that bad? I've read a lot of posts about people constantly missing shifts with the stock part, or breaking it almost immediately. I guess I'm both very precise and very weak, because I never missed any shifts, and I never broke it. I put a Pro 5.0 in my car, and it WAS tighter, but it was also MUCH louder. I wasn't all that fond of it. It made a buzzing sound whenever I accelerated. I ended up selling the Pro 5.0 and putting the stock back in my car, and when I did, I wasn't like "Oh my god! This is TERRIBLE!" Am I the only person who feels this way?

Definitely do the trade..you won't find a better deal (unless someone give you one for free). I've always loved my B&M Ripper.

LurkerLS1,
For me..I too never missed a shift with the stock. However the stock felt like it had too much slack in it (to me at least). The ripper had a tighter and more rigid shift. Plus it was a lot shorter (shift wise). I haven't noticed any additional noise with the Ripper. However noise really doesn't bother me as my car shatters windows as it is I don't hate the stock shifter..I just like the way the Ripper feels and shifts better.
