best valve springs?

what would be the most reliable valve springs for a cam like his

228/228 .561/.561 112

Most reliable? the double springs, but with the lift down there I think you should be good with 918's.... i'm getting a cam with .575 lift and the shop told me 918's should last at least 1.5-2 years with that kind of lift.

I can get either the Patriot dual springs or the crane dual springs, both packages come with: Patriot Performance Titanium Retainers, Hardened Spring Seats, Valve Guide Seals. The price for either package is $295.99. Both springs are good to .650" lift. Let me know if there is anything we can do for you!

so far the best price on Valve springs is 130 new (comp 918's)
