what would be the most reliable valve springs for a cam like his

228/228 .561/.561 112

 

Most reliable? the double springs, but with the lift down there I think you should be good with 918's.... i'm getting a cam with .575 lift and the shop told me 918's should last at least 1.5-2 years with that kind of lift.

 

I can get either the Patriot dual springs or the crane dual springs, both packages come with: Patriot Performance Titanium Retainers, Hardened Spring Seats, Valve Guide Seals.
