I am really kind of confused. My car ran fantastic before I did all this stuff to it. how could I have something actually wrong. I seems to run ok at WOT. do you not see any problem with sought coming out the back and SES light on?

I'd be curious to see what your tune looks like. Any chance you can get a copy of it emailed to you from Livernois? I can try and take a look at what they did. If Rick LeBlanc is still working there, he might be able to help you out. He's like a friend of a friend...

Sounds like this shop is full of **** and is trying to get you to buy stuff you don't need. I'd take it elsewhere to get dynotuned before you get burned. A stock throttlebody and MAF will NOT make it hard to tune a 226/226 cammed car. It's not rocketscience.

thanks SSpdDmon, some times it's nice to hear someone with your experience agree.
as for the shop...sounds like they took your for a ride on the injectors too. i doubt you are maxing out the duty cycle on the stock injectors with such a mild cam. you probably were fine with stock.
sounds to me like the shop is a dealer...ie...parts swapper...meaning they just change parts till it fixes the problem. and stick you with the bill.

Could you clarify on the injectors a little? Are they really 36lbers or do they flow like their 36lbers? I ask because people buy the 30lb SVO injectors, but don't realize that they're only rated at 3-bar and not 4-bar....so even though they're "30lbers" they flow like 36lbers in our cars because we run 58psi (4-bar).
