Brake, ABS INOP, and service engine light

Yesterday i pulled out my whole intake setup and a few brackets off the top of my car to do some basic engine bay cleaning and i know i hooked everything back up the right way as when i took it off. Today i start the car and those lights are all staying lit up. I disconnected a terminal on the battery and held it off for about 20 sec and replaced it hoping it would to a reset and all the lights still are on. Any suggestions?

its going to take longer then 20 seconds to clear it..

go back and unplug and then hook everything back up... chances are you missed something or its not pulged in all the way
