Re: cam
stage 3 heads.....exactly what does that mean??
every company has different levels that they call 1, 2 or 3.
assuming they flow well any cam will work well with them, however the fact that they are milled could cause problems. you have to watch out for piston to valve clearance with high lift cams.
someone else can probably give you a better idea of a max lift with the milled heads, but i would look for something under .600" lift.
what do you want for hp? 400hp? 450? a good cam with N20? natural?
more info is needed

Re: cam
I'd get a FAST 90/90 to replace the LS6 intake manifold if you're looking for even more power. Is this going into a stock displacement 346? You're going to want a cam somewhere in the 23x/23x range for good driveability or 24x/24x range for a more race-orientated motor. I'd call Futral Motorsports to see what they recommend because with milled heads, you have to worry about PtV clearance, like teke said. I'd worry more about PtV clearance with duration and overlap more than about lift, though.

Re: cam
Maybe a stage 3 cam to go with those stage 3 heads??? lol
"Stage X" is the modern equivalent to the old "race port" or "race cam" crap.
Granted, if you gave a porting companies name with the stage # like GTP or Patriot that would give people a better idea of what they really are.
