I am looking around for a cam that works good with the mods I have. I have a 2000 Z28 A4. Mac headers, off-road y-pipe, cat back exhaust. ngk plugs, msd wires, tb bypass, lid. I plan on getting a 3500 stall later down the road. I want a cam that has an almost chaotic idle, but will still idle and not die all the time. I plan on getting programming a few weeks after the install. The cams i have been looking at are:

Dur. @ .50 - 230/230
lift int/exh - .578/.578
lobe sep. - 114

.525/.525 218/227 @ .05 112(hotcam)

222/222 .581 .581 112

224/224 .561 .561 112

Remeber i like the rough idle and still want good performance. Thanks,
