cutouts on true duals

now, i know this will be a touchy subject, so take it easy.

You can see the setup I want to run in the sig. I plan on putting the cutouts right after the x-pipe but before the mufflers. Now, I won't run them open very much. It will mostly be for the rumble. But, how will it affect hp and tq with the cutouts open vs. closed.

And does anyone have any dyno numbers to back it up?

that's like putting a cutout on a LoudMouth...the bullets will create almost ZERO backpressure as is, and will be loud, so what would be the point of using cutouts?

it's gonna be basically 0hp and 0torque by opening the c/o on duals with bullets.

would I lose any hp by having them open after the cats?

So, would there be a sound difference, between open and closed?

Are you even going to run cats? Cutouts on a true dual system are pointless.

Yeah, I'm putting some Randoms on.
I guess I'll forget about the cutouts then. Saved me money guys. Thanks.

SSCamaro99_3...........
I noticed you have the headers I want, and True Duals.......Can you tell me EXACTLY where your headers stop? Basically I need to get a measurement of the exact distance from the end of the headers to exactly 1 1/2" from the rear axle.

If memory serves, my collectors end very nearly at the beginning of the door. I will try to take a peek when I can.
