Difference between LS1 and 6.0 other than engine size
I was just wondering what the difference between a 6.0 and a Ls1 was, i know that the 6.0 is a cast iron block and is approx 70lbs heavier, will ls1 heads work on a 6.0, also what all is needed to put a 6.0 in a ls1 car.

6.0 what? LS2?
All LSx blocks are aluminum. LS1/6 are basically the same except for the heads and cam. The parts are interchangeable. LS6 blocks have small cutouts in the bottom end of the motor between the main journals (not sure what they're called) for better breathing.
LS2/7 have different intake manifols than the ls2/6. 90mm throttle body on both. The LS7 heads migth not work on the ls2 (unless you sleeve and stoke it) and vice versa. I believe the Warlock Block only, has two extra head bolts per cylnder. -not sure on that one. LS1/6 parts are noto interchangeable from or two the ls2/7...(mostly)
