Dyno sheet within , should I be dissapointed?

I went to a local F Body event and they had a portable dyno there. I decided to take the chance and put my car on it. It took them forever because they were experiencing all kinds of electrical problems. Once it got started I pulled the Big Red Machine up on there and really hoped for more than what I recieved.

My 2 mods are SLP lid and Loudmouth.

One other thing to mention is that if you look at the chart you will see the curve go up and it does not even come close to 300 hp , but the text says 307??? WTF???

They included an air fuel , but I dont know how to read it either as it looks like a damn monkey drew it.

I was hoping for 315 to the wheels , but was a little dissapointed.

Let me hear your input.

While the dyno you were on looks like it had issues, I think you RWHP and RWTQ numbers are right for a car with your mods.
The A/F is really weird? By the numbers you dyno'ed and your track times I would say find a new place to dyno. FYI my mods minus the cam gave me 334 RWHP and 342 RWTQ.

I forgot to mention that I have all of the free mods as well.

There is a local in-house dyno a few miles away so I will take it over to him next week and let him see whats up?

I really am beginning to think I wasted my money on the portable dyno.

They put the thingy in the tail pipe.

It kept getting blown back out , but they finally got it to stay in on the last run.

hmm..i got mine dynoed a few weeks back. he said my air/fuel mix was high it being in the 14.5 range. oh yea...heres a link i forgot i had

dyno sheets

car runs fine. not throwin any codes. only mods are loudmouth and lid.

the thing in the tailpipe is a wideband o2 sensor.....

14.5 is a little lean man u might wanna get that looked at/tuned.

also 307 isnt bad for a stock car....

Mikie, check out Underground Racing, they are a Performance shop here in Charlotte. They are located just off Tyvola right behind the Men's Club. They have an in-house Dynojet dyno and they have dyno days every once in awhile. They just had a Domestic Dyno Day yesterday and I dynoed my 98 Trans Am. My car is bone stock, no free mods, paper filter, 63,000 miles on the clock. It put down 304 HP and 324 Torque, then backed it up with another pull of 303 HP and 323 Torque.

Check out www.undergroundracing.com or call 704-361-3443, they do great work and I highly recommend them. Once I get some stuff done to my TA, I'll be back down there for more dyno time and to get my car tuned.

thats where i got my Z dynoed a few weeks ago. nice place and alot of nice cars.

my A4 dyno'd at 313rwhp and 324rwtq, with tuning, cutout, and SLP lid.

Your car definately has more potential than 307rwhp.

his car isnt stock..


now... your times are showing a different story.. I would put you at over 325rwhp with 13.1 times.

Perhaps the dyno did have issues.

try again and see what you pull...

A 2001 M6 should dyno 300 RWHP bone stock. I would say that dyno session was less then accurate. You should be closer to 320 then 300 I would think.
