Yeah, I'm going with a 'quieter' approach as well. I want something a little louder and better sounding than stock. But I mostly want the better flow. After doing a lot of research, I chose the Magnaflow 14267.

TriFlo with headers sounds extremely well on LS1's!!!! on another note I just bought a 99z with Flowmaster cat back and suprisingly sounds very well....I can make a clip of it if your interested. I have a B+B muffler left over from my LT1 and Im going to see if that works in place of the FM.

I believe that would just be called a dynomouth then....Ratio411 would know the best though.
