First mods for a 07 Z06?
My brother just got an 07 Z06 and wanted to know what would be some good first mods? It's been awhile for me since i sold my 97 Z28. I just wanted to get some ideals to give him. Thanks for any help.

noob here. first post. (own a 2K Z28, Stock + K&N filter)
I have a buddy that owned a '06 Z06 -- I've driven it. Let me tell you, besides what Kraest suggested (he's dead-on) -- your brother should also get a switch to allow him to turn off and on the exhaust valve flappers.
One brand-name is "mild to wild," - but with a little know-how, the whole thing can be rigged by a true gearhead.
You can just pull the fuse (theres a fuse in the fusebox that will leave them open all the time, if you didnt know), and have the flaps open all the time, but that's not the best idea for long-term running.
First thing my buddy did when I started it was flipped the switch and told me to rev it to at least 6K. We were in a big, roofed garage at a corporate building. (think echo, reverb).
The sound of that LS7, at that moment, will live in my memory forever.
To prove a point, I closed the flaps and did the same thing -- it <almost> sounded like a Hyundai going "FFFFFFTTTTT!!!" in comparison.....
If he really wants to rattle some windows, he might consider getting a Stinger exhaust too!
