Unhappy folks i need some help!

hello one and all, just found your site and now i need your help. I have a 2002 trans am ws6, i have put pacesetter Longtubes with a hi-flo cat and 3 inch pipes on the car. my problem comes from the car sputters and acts like it is bogging down and i have to push the car to 2-3 grand rpms in order to get it up to speed. what can cause this issue?

Did you have it tuned after install? Are you throwing any codes?

Sounds like an o2 sensor issue. Take it to autozone and get it scanned.

Did you remove the plugs when you put on the headers? If not you could have accidentaly cracked one on installation and it would cause it to do that.

Untuned it should not run /that/ bad.

Plugs, cracked spark plug, 02 sensor; could be a number of things.

Are you getting a check engine light?

Also check to make sure you didnt accidentaly plug the 02's into the rear plug ins.

You need to have it scanned. Installing those parts definitely will not make the car do that.
