These heads have ZERO miles on them. And are Fully Ported & Polished by Elliotts Portworks. THey are 99 center bolt valve covers, and will fit any 97-02 block. They have the stock hardware in them(springs,retainers, and valves). So you can use whatever aftermarket stuff you want. THey come with valve cover and rocker arms if you need them. They have new valve seals and a new 3 angle valve job. And the combustion cambers are smoothed and polished as well. Here are the Flow numbers.

your stock lift number are waayyy off on the intake side bud, please explain....should be like 250 cfm at 550lift...

250 cfm is a rough estimate, just pointing out that his numbers were low for stock heads considering that LT1 heads peak at around 215cfm...
Now could they be 5.3 heads? I believe those flow stock a tad less than 5.7's...that could be the confusion here...

I post on Ls1.com and have over 1500 post. thats why. and the 250 cfm I don't know whos heads flow over that for 5.7L heads. I've had 3 sets of theses done for my cars and my friends and they all flow around there.

congrats on the ls1.com, I'm a member there and at ls1tech.com AND I work for a porter so I am very much aware of head flow numbers....maybe you got all the weaknut stockers out of GM lol
