Hey guys,
I'm going to get some silver face gauges to accent my sebring silver 2000 SS. But, I really like the red Pontiac backlighting behind their gauges instead of the green behind the camaro's. Is there just a bulb in back of the gauges I can swap?

LOL ... I've got a T/A and wanting to install the silver gauges with reverse blue indiglo and swap all my interior lighting from red to blue.

If you want red lighting, check eBay for the indiglo gauge faces. They usually allow a few different colors.

The one I just ordered has blue, red and green. So I figure I'll run it red (to match the rest of the car) until I get around to swapping all the interior lighting, which will be a PITA.

Oh ... and don't outbid rncotton@midsouth.rr.com ... I'd have to hurt you.

go to macewenmotorsports.com they sell lights that light up the gauges and they are veyr easy to install...i put red ones in my SS when i put in the white faced gauges and they look very nice.

the backlighting on my gauges is white (and stock), what gives??

My backlight is white too and I think it's the best in term of readability and looks cool.

I drove a Firebird as a rental for a while and I hated the red backlight.
