Getting into the 13s

Judging by your trap speed, the car should be able to go high 13's with a good 60 foot (even though you're spinning out of the hole). You need to put the power to the pavement, with either a stickier tire or some lower control arms. Perfecting your launch may be able to get you there, as the car sits.

I agree with the High altitude theory. low 14s sounds about right for that...
as for gettign into the 13s. get all that header stuff out of your head, and get a nice converter, with DR's if you dont already have them. headers are nice, but the converter will do a lot more..

If I were you I'd be pleased with a low 14 sec run at that kind of altitude. Run that puppy down near sea level and you'll be in the 13's for sure!
