Question GMHTP Article Sep 2002 P.33 Center Line Tel Star Rims...Will they fit a 99??

In the Sep 2002 issue of GMHTP they have an article about putting a set of Center Line Telstar rims on a 94Z.My question is will they fit on a 99?I'm guessing that the calipers are larger on the later model cars....BTW the specs for the rims are 15 by 4 Part no 135401547 and 15 by 8 Part no 135806547.Thanks!!

15x4 and 15x8 sound REALLY small to me...not much choice of rubber there.

Sorry, I did not see the Sept. issue and its probably rude to answer your question with a question...but, if you read this regurlarly, do you have an issue from around July that shows putting Tork Thruster II's on a new/newer Z28? It was a car from the Dallas area. I cannot find this issue to verify the sizes he used. I would like to put the same on my car but the dealer I normally use said that they don't make these in the offset required for my Z. He thinks they might have used custom offset rims on the car in the mag but the article did not say or imply that (I don't think).
