got a question..

ok I bought a cam for my 2000 camaro it's an M6, am I going to blow the rear end out if I run street tires at the track?? and I think my next step will be a 12 bolt, what 12 bolt is the best?? besides the 12 bolt and headers what else should I be looking at?? I have slp CAI already..

...what cam? and if you're running street tires...most likely, your rear end will be fine considering you ain't got stickies in the rear....you'll break traction before you break your rear end on street tires....

Get a moser 12 bolt when you switch over and I suggest getting a new intake manifold, like the ls6 manifold, to let your engine breathe better.

Suspension would also be a good place to go afterwords. A good tourque arm and lower control arms would help you put the power to the ground, but that would also weaken your rear-end.

Here are some possibilities:

Gears
Headers and cut-out
new intake manifold
i new lid (idk if you already have you, since you dont have a signature)
