Hard question about O2 sensor simulators
Does any one know how to make a home made version of the O2 sims?
Or does any one have and electrical schematic for an O2 sensor, or O2 sim?
Or if you know something helpful, I'd appreciate you advice,
Thanks for you help

I;ve ponedered this myself. I think you would have to take the 12 volt hot for the O2 heater and step it down to less than 1 volt, run it through a timer circuit to occilate the voltage between .3-.7 milivolts and feed that signal up the signal wire. A good radio shack person might be able to tell you the components required to do that.
I am pretty certain the voltage would have to be variable, because an O2 sensor is variable. If the ECU sees no activity, just a constant voltage, you wind up with a code P1133.
Hope that is helpful
