Post Heat / AC Vent Flow Question

I just noticed over the weekend when I used my a/c that it only flows out at the floor, not from the vents in the dash. Same with heat. Is there a fuse or something that controls the flow? Thanks.

Could be possible you have a leak somewhere that keeps you in default vents.

Thanks Eric. I just pulled off the control, and the vacuum line is connected. There's a small tee at the back of the intake on the passenger side with only two small (1/8) lines hooked to it. Not sure yet if there was ever a third line hooked to it. I'll keep tracking it down I guess. Oh, the defroster works, just the dash vents are inoperable.
