Help with cams

Looking at lingenfelter cams.

I am swapping in a 5.3 into my 94, so the cam will be going in that.

I am looking at these
GT2-3 207 / 220 .571" / .578" (1.7 ratio) 118.5 centerline

GT7 208 / 230 .554" / .546" (1.7 ratio) 121 centerline

What I want from the car:
Idle like stock, sound like stock, and drive good. I want good low and medium range torque, with decent HP.
Anything over 350 at the wheels N/A, i would be MORE than happy (with full boltons of course)

Now, part of the reason for looking at these, is I am later going to turbo it with probably 10PSI or so.

So, wondering what you guys thought about these?

The other option, would be the TR224 on a 116.

2002+ LS6 cam if you want something that's very cheap (around $100 used? Lots of people throw them away after they do a cam swap), undetectable, perfect idle, mild, makes power, doesn't cause any additional wear/tear on your stock valvetrain, and loves boost.

Around 204/218 .550 if I remember correctly with a 117 LSA.

I wouldn't mess with reverse-split stuff.

Look in the For Sale section of LS1Tech.

BTW, this took me 10 seconds to search/find. There's about 10 for sale right now.

I had the GT2-3 in my firehawk with some ported stock 241 heads (crappy ones from the defunct ARE at that). It ran on the stock tune without any tuning (and ran just like stock) and made 380 to the wheels. Very nice cam.

I would also take a look at an LS7 cam which is like 217/230 and can probably be had cheap. I am thinking my next ride might be a 5.3 Colorado with ported stock heads and an LS7 cam....
