Help Which Winter Mod List Do I Go With?
Right now i am very happy with my cars peformance i would just like to see what ill run since headers, gears, and orp. Im gonna have some money for mods but im not sure what? I like my SS but i think it needs more looks for headturns, Wings West bodykit, SLP SS front grill, 17 inch chrome wheels w/ 315 dr rubber not sure what kind of wheels, pro kit springs, LCA's and relocation brackets, adj. panhard rod, SFC's. I know thats quite a bit of money including paint and all but i think it would get killer looks OR stage 2 heads, cam, converter to match heads/cam, LS6 intake, and drag radials. What would you guys do? Nick

Get some sticky tires for the track such as ET Streets. They are not good for the street but at the track with your mods you will be in the twelves.
As far as new mods, with an automatic the biggest bang for the buck is a high stall torque converter. About 3000 to 3500 stall would wake your car up like you wouldn't beleave. I know that's the next mod I'm doing. On the 95 Z28 I used to own, the biggest gains were from a torque converter and headers.
Good luck!

My list is as follows:
Head Unit and molded mounting unit
Rear Hatch Spring Fix
Push Button Starter Install
TA Rear Cover and fluid change (spring)
Hooker Longtubes and Custom Y (spring)
Rims and Tires
HID for the WS6
Ya, it gets expensive

In my opinion, you have to really decide this for yourself, it's your car. You already said that you are happy with your cars performance. So why would you go and start doing more mods, very expensive ones might I add. Drag radials are out of the question if you think that you might get some ice or snow ever this winter. Honestly, I would work on your suspension for the track, panhard rod, SFC's etc.. You can do all of your suspension stuff now and be ready to put some really good numbers down at the track next season! And you'll still have money left to get your DR's and some stuff for looks or mods. But it really depends on what you want to do. First though should be the suspension and undercar setup.

Well, now im not sure what im gonna do? Most likely a new converter, all the suspension i listed above, buy drag radials and sit them in the corner of my garage til spring, buy wheels but not put them on untill the road salts are off the roads. I am gonna drive it this winter but not on days when theres ice or snow on the ground she'll stay nice and warm in the garage and prob when ill install those mods, see how i am on money after all of that and either go with the body kit and grill, or save that money and in late spring go with heads/cam.
