Post How can I make my SLP dual-dual louder?

It came as an original option on my SS so I really don't want to change exhausts. I am eventually doing Hooker LT's and Y-pipe w/ no cats so I know that will help. I would like to stay away from a cut-out. Is there any muffler that I could put on that would give me that aggressive rumble at idle and at WOT? Thanks for your help guys.

The classic muffler brand people have been using since the 3rd gen is the flowmaster. I had one on my 94 LT1 and it sounded great (for just a muffler) , but I'm not sure if it will fit with your dual/dual setup, maybe it will. I wouldn't spend too much on one because your LTs w/no catsd will be just what the doctor ordered.

Cool

Just change the muffler to a Flowmaster.

Gotta love the way she thinks...LOL...Yea I would say 2 cutouts behind the exhaust manifolds one per side...It would be loud then...Yes I know you said you didnt want a cutout but its the best way to go...
